National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and AlcoholismThis site offers some very useful information on drinking, evaluating your problem and some good tips on how to curb your compulsive drinking.  You can download a “Rethinking Your Drinking” pamphlet on the lower right of this site which has some useful information as well.

AlcoholScreening.org – Confidential test to determine if you have a drinking problem, as well as some other informative articles.

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA.org) - AA helped save my life and even though you won’t find all your answers in AA meetings, you will find an amazing resource of people who can help you overcome the guilt, shame and embarrassment from compulsive drinking.
