Recovery 2.0 – Beyond Addiction Online Conference

A little over a week ago I had the unique opportunity of attending The Daily Love Enter the Heart tour in Boulder, Colorado. Tommy Rosen - Recovery 2.0 - Beyond AddictionIt was an amazing event that combined the power of Kundalini Yoga with personal growth. The event had two fantastic teachers – Mastin Kipp and Tommy Rosen. One of the things that brought me to this event was Tommy Rosen because he founded Recovery 2.0 – Beyond Addiction, and after attending it online earlier this year I became a big fan.

Recovery 2.0 – Beyond Addiction

Recovery 2.0 is a free online conference that runs two times a year and is for anyone that is struggling to get sober, or is already sober and just looking for ways thrive in recovery. In the conference he interviews 35 experts, most of which are in recovery, across all kinds of key topics to help you have breakthroughs in your life.  He specifically helps people with what he calls the big 5 addictions – drugs, alcohol, food, sex and money. He also brings up what he calls the 4 aggravations – negative thinking, self doubt, procrastination and resentment. I especially appreciate his attention to these as I feel they are so often overlooked, although they are rampant in our society.

I had the opportunity to do a short interview with Tommy regarding some of his story of recovery – he has 22 years of recovery from severe drug addiction and alcoholism – as well as discuss with him details about the conference. You can listen to it below. Once again it is free and all you need to do is click on the banner above to get signed up today.
