My name is Dave Andrews, and I am a regular (and real) person, that for over a 10 year period I tried everything to quit drinking and get sober once and for all. I tried hypnotherapy. I tried changing what, how and where I drank. I tried multiple therapists and psychologists. I tried reading memoirs. I tried self help programs to learn how to quit drinking.

For me nothing I tried seemed to work. Inevitably I was back to drinking before I knew it. I thought I would never learn how to quit drinking.

Yeah, sometimes I showed glimmers of hope, even quitting drinking 3 months one time, but even during those times I knew deep down nothing had changed. I was unable to see a way to quit drinking and actually be happy.

My obsession was there, waiting for it’s chance to resurface. All I needed was one argument with my wife, one bad (or good) thing to happen to me at work, or just a Friday night and I would be able to rationalize starting drinking again.  And once I started, the vicious cycle would begin again. Drinking most nights, recovering from hangovers in the morning and planning drinking until I could start drinking again. The more I drank, the harder it was to quit drinking the next day.

BUT, I finally figured it all out, and that is when my life changed. Everything came together and I actually not only believed, but I knew deep down, I would never be burdened by the cravings of alcohol ever again and I would finally be able to learn how to quit drinking for good.
